Kinergetics is a results-oriented firm that applies sound engineering practice and experience to identify energy and process cost-reduction opportunities. We do not sell or represent any products. Our mission is simply to provide our clients with the best information possible to allow informed business investment decisions. We are able to do this by bringing together years of practical experience, engineering expertise and a strategic approach to energy management to meet client needs in a timely, cost effective manner.

C. Thomas (Tom) Tucker, P.E.
Tom Tucker, a registered Professional Engineer and “Qualified Steam Specialist” with the United States Department of Energy (DOE), is Founder and Principal of Kinergetics LLC. His professional experience includes process optimization, heat recovery system analysis and design, evaluation of renewable energy applications, combined heat and power assessment, and the technical and economic feasibility of new technologies.
He has performed over 200 energy, process and technology assessments in the food/dairy, pulp and paper, chemicals, ceramics and metals industries, and has worked as lead Process Energy Engineer, supporting Wisconsin’s Focus on Energy Program. In addition to founding Kinergetics, Mr. Tucker is cofounder and assisted with startup of two energy technology development companies in Wisconsin. He has been an invited speaker at events sponsored by the International Dairy Foods Association, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Midwest Renewable Energy Association and numerous other trade associations.
